Coaching can be one of the most rewarding voluntary roles in football. WESC are a community club that believe encouragement and enjoyment builds a great team culture, thus nurturing great players.
We are looking for great people motivated to become great coaching figures. Our club will help train and support the skills you need to succeed… you just need to be ready to enjoy yourself and pass that enjoyment to the talent we are growing.

Melbourne Victory Dad’s & Daughter’s Pilot (female coach) – a fantastic pilot program to encourage females to grow in the game and partner with their dad’s
