Membership Registration Form

To become a member or committee member please fill out the application form below and pay the nominal $10 fee. Once submitted your application will be presented to the committee for approval. 

As stated in Clause 48 of the constitution to become a committee member & clauses 7-23 to become a regular member.

submit an application to the Secretary of WESC to become a member of the Woodend Eagles Soccer Club Association Incorporated.

In completing this Members Registration Form and submitting the membership fee, I am agreeing to comply with the following:
1. the Woodend Eagles Soccer Club Association Incorporation Model Rules;
2. the Statutes and Regulations and those of the By-Laws expressed to apply to or in
relation to Members;
3. the Statutes and Regulations and the constitutions and by-laws of FFA and Football
Victoria as enforced from time to time;
4. the Football Victoria Codes of Behaviour and Rules of Competition, as amended from
time to time; and
5. the FFA Code of Conduct, as amended from time to time.
