We kindly invite you to join in the fun at our WESC Annual Fundraiser & Family Fun Day!
To grow the club and develop our amazing group of soccer superstars we need to raise funds to pay for new training equipment and facilities.
Our current overall goal is to raise around $350k as this will go towards developing a permanent, safe soccer pitch and training facility in Woodend. This facility is vital to maintain the future of the club and provide a high quality venue for competition. We also fundraise to keep the cost of membership down to make it accessible to all families.
This event is family friendly and sure to be a great afternoon of fun. The event donation (ticket) will cover all your entertainment, games, food and soft drinks, however, this is a private party so feel free to bring your own alcohol, or donate a bottle / slab etc. There will be eskies and ice to keep them cool.

Description
This is a private event, so entry will only be available to club members (Mini Roos registrations past and present) family and siblings.
Donation (ticket) entry includes:
Food – BBQ and other options
Drink – Soft Drinks Only
Access to all kids activities.
NB. Parents are responsible for their children at all times. There will be a swimming pool, if your kids wish to swim please bring bathers and towel. Although there will be supervision, kids under 14 must have a parent within the pool fence whilst swimming.
Kids under 4 years old go free.

N.B. This is a private residential address so please respect the surrounding neighbours.
Rich’s Neighbour has kindly let him use the paddock next door for parking, enter via Shirley Park, see below.
