All Woodend Eagles Volunteers need to have a current Working With Children Check.

Do you have a current Working With Children Check?
* You are exempt from providing your WWCC under the following circumstances:
- Persons under 18 years of age
- Victoria Police officers and Australian Federal Police: If you are suspended or dismissed from Victoria Police or the AFP, you are no longer exempt and must apply for a Check. You must notify Woodend Eagles Soccer Club in writing within seven days of the suspension or dismissal.
- Victorian Teachers: please complete the required Teacher Notification form here. If your VIT registration is suspended or cancelled, the exemption no longer applies, and you must apply for a Check and notify Woodend Eagles Soccer Club within seven days.
- Grounds persons
- Guest presenters or speakers for a one-off presentation
- Persons who work or volunteer with children visiting Victoria from another State to attend an event where the work in Victoria will be for no more than 30 days in a calendar year
